Connect ArcGIS to Topolab
Add Topolab as an OGC API - Features server in ArcGIS Pro, authenticate with the X-API-Key header, and consume any collection as a live feature layer.
Requires: ArcGIS Pro and an API key; OGC access is a Team / Enterprise plan capability. A dedicated Topolab toolbox is in preview; the OGC connection below is generally available.
1. Add the OGC API - Features server
In the Catalog pane, right-click Servers and choose New OGC API Server (under New Server in some versions). Set the server URL to the OGC base, then add a custom HTTP header named X-API-Key with your key as the value — ArcGIS sends this header on every request, which is how Topolab authenticates the connection. Finish to save.

The landing page is anonymous, but listing collections requires the key. You can confirm the connection outside ArcGIS first:
curl -H "X-API-Key: tlb_prod_..." \
"https://api.topolab.nl/v1/ogc/collections"
2. Add a collection as a feature layer
Expand the new server connection in the Catalog pane. Each collection is a Topolab dataset, addressed by its table name such as nl-domino-poi. Right-click a collection and choose Add To Current Map, or drag it into the map, to consume it as a feature layer.
ReprojectionGeometry arrives in WGS84 (EPSG:4326); ArcGIS reprojects on the fly to the map's coordinate system. Use Export Features if you need the data stored in a projected CRS such as RD New (EPSG:28992). A dedicated toolbox with sign-in, dataset search, and credit-aware downloads is in preview — until it ships, use this OGC connection.
