How do I manage my organization?
The organization is the scope that owns your subscriptions, credits, invoices, and API keys. Learn how it works and how to find yours.
1. What the organization owns
The organization is the central scope in your Topolab account. API keys, credits, and invoices all belong to an organization, not to an individual user. Billing therefore happens at the organization level.
2. Belonging to more than one organization
A single user can belong to more than one organization. Each membership carries a role, for example owner, admin, or member, and that role determines what you can do within that organization.
Roles gate billing actionsViewing invoices and billing data requires the right role or permission on the organization. Members without billing access cannot see invoices or usage.
3. Roles at a glance
An owner or admin can view invoices; billing and usage reporting require the appropriate permission on the organization. A member has access to the organization's resources without those elevated billing capabilities.
